About Doctor Ali Badarni

Hypnotherapist, Neuropsychologist, and Educational Psychologist.
Co-Founder & CEO of El-Razi Organization

My Journey

From a young age, I was captivated by the fascinating world of hypnotherapy, a field that frees the subconscious mind and reveals its hidden potential. This passion ignited my journey into psychology, where I delved into the intricacies of human behavior, the mysteries of the mind, and its profound influence on every aspect of our lives.
Over the years, I focused on understanding how the brain works, the lasting effects of trauma, and how thought patterns shape our experiences. My commitment to this field led me to become the first Arab licensed by the Israeli Ministry of Health to practice hypnotherapy, a milestone I achieved more than 15 years ago.

I began my academic career specializing in neuropsychology, earning a doctorate in the field. This path inspired me to create resources tailored to the Arab world, including my book, “Neuropsychology, Culture, and Learning Disabilities” (2016), which has become a valuable resource for professionals across the region, offering insights into how cultural brain mechanisms influence Arab students’ cognitive development and learning.

Later, I shifted my focus to hypnotherapy, driven by a mission to make this transformative tool accessible to all. Hypnosis, though often misunderstood, is a natural state we enter multiple times daily. By raising awareness and integrating simple hypnotic techniques into everyday life at home, work, and school, people can improve their well-being and navigate psychological challenges with greater ease.

I’ve worked to demystify hypnotherapy and empower individuals to use it as a practical tool for a better quality of life. This mission inspired my second book, “There’s Life Within Fear of Life: Stories from the World of Hypnosis” (2019), highlighting real-life examples of how hypnotherapy can create meaningful change.

In 1998, I co-founded the Razi Center, a groundbreaking institution dedicated to supporting Arab children with neurological challenges, learning difficulties, and behavioral issues. Bringing together experts from various fields, the center has grown to include 15 branches, focusing on reshaping societal perceptions and improving care for children with disabilities.

This journey has shaped who I am today: a professional dedicated to helping individuals discover peace of mind, overcome challenges, and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Professional Experience

Since the start of my career, I’ve been a trusted guide for countless individuals, sharing my expertise through one-on-one sessions, group consultations, and educational lectures.
My work has empowered many to overcome personal challenges, and my group sessions have created a space for individuals to share experiences, exchange insights, and learn from one another. These initiatives are part of my broader mission to foster a collaborative and supportive community.
In addition to consultations, I’ve delivered numerous lectures to diverse audiences, raising awareness about psychological and emotional well-being while explaining how the brain works and the transformative potential of hypnotherapy. These lectures, held in educational and community institutions, have provided an opportunity to connect with a wider audience and equip them with knowledge and tools to enhance their quality of life.
AS the CEO of Al Razi Organization, I lead and manage a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing care and support for Arab children with brain injuries, learning difficulties, and behavioral challenges. This role has allowed me to shape  that combines expertise and compassion, offering hope and practical solutions to children and their families.
